KGSSEB is established to provide strategic leadership, plan, coordinate, and monitor senior secondary education. We formulate policies, oversee administration, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Office of the Executive Chairman

Dr. Habiba Suleiman

Provides strategic leadership, policy direction, and oversight. Ensures effective implementation of educational reforms, represents the Board in stakeholder engagements, and approves operational decisions.

Akpata Agnes

Director, Schools & Colleges

Coordinates and supervises all Senior Secondary Schools, ensuring compliance with government policies.

Abdulrahman S. Otaru

Director, Human Resources

Manages recruitment, deployment, welfare, and professional development of all teaching and non-teaching staff.

Kolade Abidemi Ph.D

Director, Finance & Accounts

Ensures prudent financial management, budget preparation, and timely disbursement of funds.

Helen Adeyemi

Director, Planning & Research

Provides data-driven planning, policy formulation, research, and maintains the EMIS.

Elder Moses M. Shuaibu

Director, ICT

Provides digital support systems, network security, and manages online platforms for statewide education.
